MONITORING AND EVALUATION:

Monitoring and evaluation of development activities provides good assessment to the Management with better means for learning from past experience, improving service delivery, planning and allocating resources, and demonstrating results as part of accountability to key donors, supporters, Partners, Government and funding agencies. Within the development community, there is a strong focus on results – this helps explain the growing interest in Monitoring and Evaluation. The purpose of this Monitoring and Evaluation overview is to strengthen awareness and interest to clarify what it entails. The choice of which is appropriate for any given context will depends on a range of consideration.

REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION:

Reporting and Documentation is a fundamental component of any agency, public or private, and careful and accurate reporting of activities and documentation is critical to the agency’s success. We will lay a solid appreciation of good reporting practice by everyone within the agency and it will go far in ensuring accountability and will reduce other risks. This is also help in the areas of administration, reporting, and service provision during the course of our activities. The service reporting and documentation holds vital information that contributes to services planning and establishing goals for the individual.

DETAILED DOCUMENTATION:

Throughout all services provided by our agency, detailed documentation is generated and recorded. This process will includes all activities, at every stage, such as documentation of loss, witness statement, key records, resource tracking, photographic evidence, cause and discovery findings, remediation recommendations. Just to name a few. Every activity is documented and all documentation is provided to the appropriate donors, supporters, partners, individuals and Government agencies.

THE RECORD SYSTEM:

The record system of the agency for the Programs and services will contribute to service planning and establishing goals for the beneficiaries. The intent of this is to outline the basic organization and administrative functions that are to be followed. Administrative requirements along with the requirements for documenting activities delivery in the agency service record and additional administrative requirement for maintaining and managing the agency records.
